JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Design Engineer to shape the user experience of our pricing recommendation SaaS platform.

This role bridges design and engineering—transforming business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces while working closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product’s look, feel, and usability from the ground up.

Requisitos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect business and user requirements
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components in collaboration with developers
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs in production
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve workflows
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Developers to translate requirements into functional designs
• Focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness across devices
• Partner with QA and Developers to refine and test user interactions
• Continuously refine the product’s look and feel to ensure a delightful and professional experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Design Engineer, or similar role in SaaS or web applications
• Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools) for prototyping and UI/UX design
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles (React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS is a plus)
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (engineering, business, QA, SMEs)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Comfortable communicating technical details in English

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with Next.js, shadcn/ui, or TailwindCSS alongside engineers
• Familiarity with data visualization (charts, dashboards, analytics interfaces)
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS workflows
• Background in human-computer interaction (HCI) or cognitive design principles
