What You’ll Do

• Lead project/initiatives – help define strategy, objectives, and vision for the user experience
• Design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces that make our product effortless to use
• Review concepts, designs, mockups, and prototypes with stakeholders through the product development cycle to improve the quality of our product and ensure value to our users.
• Propose iterations and improvements to the existing product based on qualitative and quantitative data, design best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Make data-informed product design decisions and ideations to create the best user experience
• Learn about our users from all angles, including user interviews, surveying, usability testing, uncovering experience insights, and using metrics to understand user behavior
• Partner with the engineering team to implement features ensuring it matches your vision
• Assist in company brand and design-related efforts

Requisitos

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience
• Expert in Figma technical design
• Existing design portfolio
• Willing to do a design assignment
• Fluent English B2+

Extra Credit

• Experience in fintech, and/or b2b financial products
